Pyrography is the process of using a hot nib to burn into wood. I use a variety of nib shapes and varying temperatures to create the effects in my art. I also use acrylic paints to accent some pieces (for example the zebras or goldfinch)

My art is inspired by my time living in Zambia and the nature and surroundings of Chichester harbour where I’m now based.
